Warranty and return policy

You can return or exchange purchased items within 15 days from the date of purchase according to the following terms and conditions:

1- The item must be accompanied by the original invoice.

2- The piece must be unused and in its original condition.

3- The item must be packaged in the same condition as when purchased, in the original packaging.

4- In the event of a manufacturing defect in the original part, the customer must contact the agent .

5- Warranty of the used part according to the period specified in the purchase invoice.

6- In the event of a defect in a part under warranty, the customer must inspect the car at one of our centers and submit the report with the original invoice to replace the parts.

7- Parts that were specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned or exchanged except after the agency returns the part. If there are shipping or other fees, they will be deducted from the invoice value.
